Scallion Pancakes with Ginger Dipping Sauce.

I made these pancakes the other day and all my housemates loved it. Many people asked for the recipes. Seriously, the recipe is so simple. I only need 4 ingredients. The key of this recipe is combining flour with hot water not warm water. If you want to impress people and don't really want to spend a lot of time preparing, try this recipe out.
      • Prep time: 10 minutes.
      • Cook time: 20 minutes.
      • Total: 30 minutes.

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 and half cups flour.
    • 3/4 cup of hot water.
    • 4 scallions.
    • 1/2  tablespoon of salt.
    • 1 +1 tablespoon of olive/ sesame oil.

  • Instruction:

    • Dissolve a pinch of salt and sugar in hot water
    • In a big bowl, combine water and flour until a dough is formed.
    • Cover with plastic wrap. Set it aside.
    • Chop scallion into small pieces.
    • Combine olive/sesame oil with salt.
    • Divide the dough into 3.
    • On a flat surface, sprinkle some flour to prepare for rolling the dough out.
    • Roll 1 of the dough out. Brush the dough with oil and salt mixture that you made. Then generously sprinkle scallion on.
    • Foul the dough several times.
    • Flatten it out again.
    • Prepare a pan. Add 1 tablespoons of olive oil.
    • Fry the pancake under medium heat.
    • Fry each side of the pancake for 1 minute then flip.

    Ginger Dipping Sauce Ingredients:

    • 1/4 cup of soy sauce.
    • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger.
    • 1/4 cup of  chopped scallion. 
    • 1 tablespoon of sugar
    • 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar.
