Homemade Guacamole Dip Recipe.

Hi guys! Today, we are making a simple dip for appetizer or just for snacking. Who is a fan of crisps out there? I am. I love crisps. I can eat crackers all day long. I can become pretty greedy if I have crackers in my hands. Once I start with the first piece, I will finish the whole package. One day, my roommate was eating this delicious guacamole and duh I asked for a bite. Oh girl, it was a a bomb. Finally my avocados are ripe so I decide to make this guacamole today. Here is the recipe:
      • Prep time: 10 minutes.
      • Cook time: 0
      • Total: 10 minutes.

  • Ingredients:
You see 2 lemons in my photo but I just used 1

    • 4 avocados.
    • Half cup chopped cilantro.
    • 2 tomatos.
    • 1 lemon/lime.
    • A quater of yellow onion.
    • Half a jalapeno.
    • Salt and pepper.

  • Instruction:
    • Cut the avocados in half. Take the stones out.

    • Take a spoon and take all the flesh out the avocados. The flesh should come out easily if your avocados are ripe
    • Mash the avocados into a consistency that you like. Some people like it chunky, some like it smooth.

    • Squeeze a lemon in there right away because the acid from lemon can keep the avocados from turning brown.
I cut two but I realized I just needed one.
    • Chop tomatos, onions into small piece size.

    • Chop cilantro.
    • Take the seeds of jalapeno off and finely chop.
    • Add everything together.
    • Finally taste with salt and pepper.
    • Serve with your favorite chips or tortillas. I personally like to eat with my cracker. Can we just stop and talk about how good these crackers are? They are almond crackers (gluten-free). I'm seriously in love with this crackers. It tastes very good with these guacamole.
