Chocolate Marble Cake
Apparently, yesterday was National Cheesecake day. I never know that there is such day. Hmm I wonder who started this day, probably Cheesecake Factory. Well everybody was posting pictures of cheesecake on Instagram and my sweet tooth was acting up again. I was going to post my cheesecake recipe today but there wasn't enough time for the cheesecake to chill. I promise the recipe will be up tomorrow. Well, I still got another recipe for you. It is Chocolate Marble Cake.*
- Prep time: 25 minutes.
- Cook time: 40 minutes.
- Total time: 65 minutes.
- Ingredients:
- Vanilla batter
- 1 and half cups all purpose flour.
- 1 cup hot water.
- 1 cup sugar.
- 1 teaspoon baking soda.
- Half teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Half tablespoon Vanilla extract.
- 1/4 cups and 2 tablespoons oil.
- Chocolate batter:
- Half amount of vanilla batter's ingredients
- Add 1/4 cup cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon granules coffee
- Prep time: 25 minutes.
- Cook time: 40 minutes.
- Total time: 65 minutes.

- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients: Flour, Sugar, Salt, Unsweetened Cocoa Powder and Baking Soda.
- In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients: Water, Vinegar, Vanilla Extract, Coffee and Oil and whisk.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
- Grease your baking tray.
- Pour the batters into the pan.
- To get marble effect, use a knife to swirl.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients: Flour, Sugar, Salt, Unsweetened Cocoa Powder and Baking Soda.
- In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients: Water, Vinegar, Vanilla Extract, Coffee and Oil and whisk.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
- Grease your baking tray.
- Pour the batters into the pan.
